Aspiro Services

We start on 1st Jan 2011 offering personalised services to people in Leicestershire, including the city, who are funded to receive adult social care services by Leics and Leicester City Councils. Aspiro's mission is to improve the lives of adults in the East Midlands, who have a lived experience of mental ill health or a learning disability, as well as supporting local communities and a sustainable environment. We believe every adult has the right to work and deserves the opportunity to try and realise their own aspirations. Our specific aims are to improve individuals' skills, confidence, health and employability, so they can gain and maintain a working life and become an active stakeholder in their local communities and care for their environment. To achieve our aims we are committed to delivering these objectives: • To provide information and advice on learning and work• To provide training on core job skills and jobsearch skills• To offer supported work placements and access to voluntary work• To support customers in applying for jobs• To provide support so customers' can maintain their employment• To encourage our customers' to take an active part in their local communities and work towards a more sustainable environment. We strive to provide these services according to our core values and commitment to quality whilst meeting the needs of the individual customer.
