Our formal name is Assessment North East Ltd, which describes our origins, but from 8 April 2013 we began trading as 8degrees to reflect that our customers are far and wide across the UK and also overseas. If you want to know why 8degrees, it's a great story, just give us a call. We are a not for profit organisation. Originally established to provide Investors in People services in the North East region, we have helped 1000's of organisations improve performance through their people and processes. We successfully achieved Investors in People Silver ourselves in August 2010 after holding the award for more than 15 years. Our aim is to provide a professional, relevant and value adding service for organisations of any size or sector. We provide consultancy, compliance and training on a national and international basis to improve organisational performance using recognised good practice. Our broad range of services ensure we are able to work with you to identify and meet your needs, helping to sharpen your competitive edge. Over the years, our product offering has been extended wider and deeper, making us a provider of choice for organisational and professional development tools and services.
