Brilliant, honest and reliable service. Very polite and professional and my washing machine was fixed straightaway at a minimal charge. Highly recommend!

Polite. But had tumble off them it went wrong they took it away to fix it, I had to contact them after 3 weeks for them to say it had been ready for over a week, he then brought it back and within a few days it wasn’t working again. They have had it for over a month I messaged today and they have said there was nothing wrong with it so I have to return the one they lent me and collect mine or I have to pay £15 for the one I brought originally which doesn’t work! But apparently I’m a liar. Shocking! Never buy from them again!

My partner and I have just drove from Barnstaple to torrington to see about buying a fridge freezer. We arrived to a closed store when it clearly states on the Facebook page the opening times are 10-3. With no sign or post to say that they were delivering we had to call them to be told they were not back until the afternoon. Absolutely terrible service after wasting our time and fuel!
