Welcome to Assisted Living CareWe are a specialist provider of care and support packages for Mentally Distorted Offenders with Learning Disabilities and /or Autism. We support individuals throughout the mental health pathway and facilitate transitions from secure inpatient facilities back into community settings. Our goal is to transform the lives of those who we support, from assisting with routine activities to providing 24-hour one-to-one care, we use our experience and expertise to support people on their journey towards greater independence and a fulfilling life.
