As part of the Health & Wellbeing Alliance, we worked with the Young People’s Health Partnership, Homeless Link and Public Health England to create a toolkit and learning resource for public health nurses focusing on addressing health inequalities in homeless children, young people and families.
The resources set out how homelessness affects young people and families, what professionals can do and provides links to a range of resources and examples from practice.

Great to see the GP Patient Survey include the views of 16 & 17 year olds. Young people are regular users of health services & age specific health data can support more informed commissioning.
