Association Of Black Coaches

The Association for Black Coaches is a newly formed association and the only one of its kind in the UK that helps other Black coaches thrive in an ever-growing industry. Our platform promotes best practice and maintains high standards for Professional Black Coaches. How do we do that? By understanding that there are several key challenges that Black coaches have told us they experience: • They are frustrated because their clients don't always understand the power of coaching and so they struggle to get committed high paying clients. • They struggle to grow their businesses often without formal business training and support. • They are exhausted with posting on Instagram, creating YouTube videos, lead magnets and webinars because it takes up so much time to get results and it's draining. • They struggle to make a living wage and often have to do attentional work just to pay the bills. • Mainstream Coach training providers do not cover and adapt courses for the Black lived experience - One approach does not suit all. • Black coached are underrepresented in all areas and senior levels of the international coaching industry. To solve these frustrations, we established the Association for Black Coaches.
