Breakfast bun. 🍳
Went to the Aston to celebrate my son Brady's 13th birthday, Staff were lovely, and put a candle in his dinner for him to blow out. The food was really nice too, thank you all .... :)
The Aston is a very friendly place the food takes a lot to beat we have never had a bad meal yet John the boss is great
Really friendly pub
Went here for lunch good menu choice and reasonable price
Food was fantastic
Will definitely come here when next in market rasen
Proper honest pub grub with really reasonable prices! Will keep us coming back. The staff are lovely too!
Maybe one of the few real community pubs in Lincolnshire. Good management, good bar staff, very good every day food, good locals, you feel welcome and can relax here. Maybe not a show pub,but it has good drinks, good food at a good price, and a good atmosphere- one of Rasen's legends, like JJ's cafe and the superb chippy, both on Oxford St.,round the corner. Go and enjoy,it's recommended after a walk or bike ride locally
Made to feel welcome by the staff and the food was great value for the money
Lovely pub, friendly and helpful staff, plus food at bargain prices
Lovely food and pleasant place
Lovely food
It is what it is, a proper pub that knows it’s customers, isn’t pretending to be something it isn’t and does basic good value food. Always call in for lunch when in Rasen. The only downside for me is the music which is a bit loud when combined with the Telly!
Good beers, good fellows, we definitely love this pub... And congrats to the band that rocked the NYE night out...
Friendly pub with a very wide menu of excellent food, very reasonably priced.
Always a great meal - at prices that are just about unbeatable. Good selection of real ales which are always well kept. What's not to like!
A great traditional pub atmosphere, with a live traditional group practicing local music, what more can you ask for.
Was recommended to us by a local. Very busy and waited a very long time for our food. But when it came it was hot and delicious.
Enjoyed fish & chips here on Friday, up to standards as per + great value
To be fair the pub all round is average..but depending on what breed of dog you have..ie German shepherd..you might find you should have the dogs vocal chords removed at the door before entering..as 1 or 2 barks is enough to have you typecast.. my 2 dogs are by no stretch of the imagination aggressive towards anything or anyone..but just a little temporarilay excitable towards any other incoming dogs...however this is enough to be told by the manager/staff that basically your not welcome..this being after spending an afternoon outside and moving inside for food and drinks..the George across the road is a much better prospect down side is no food but much nicer environment...
Pub very spit and sawdust place could do with good clean tables sticky and you stick to carpet but that aside food very tasty and very good prices .will be returning but it's not somewhere for a special meal
Cheap as chips not the best I’ve tasted not the worst. Would I come back yes value for money
