Thank you for a wonderful stay! It was a lovely room, and thank you to the staff for being so helpful! We will be back
Great location for overnight stay in London. Very comfy bed, clean and very helpful staff. Would stay again and we did!
מיקום מצויין, אדיבים נקי ומסודר.
Very nice central hotel , ideal place to stay for shopping and the sights , close to tube stations
Very nice and clean and quiet hotel. Breakfast was great, though too much carbohydrates...I missed for example eggs and bacon :-D Definitelty I´m going to Astor Court next time ! Stuff was VERY friendly :-D
Very good location...The room rate are affordable.
Very clean & comfortable. In a good position for theatres & shops
Super bien ubicado! Sencillo pero correcto. El baño un poco cutre!. Servicio amable. Pedid dos camas. La de matrimonio es minúscula.
Con dos camas, repetiría.
Good location and pleasant- just avoid ground floor due to Tube noise every 2 minutes
For the price it is good place to be in the centre of London, overall we as a family liked it, our room was very big and clean. We would like to come here again.
Clean comfortable lovely breakfast great value for location
Was OK but no more than that. Stayed on a quiet Monday night so it wasn’t exactly busy. I’m a light sleeper and when booking has politely and specifically asked for a quiet room on an upper floor if possible. So, what do they give me, a ground floor room with the noise and vibration from the Underground trains! To be fair, Once they had stopped I didn’t sleep too badly and the room was clean and comfortable. Buffet continental breakfast was good too with plenty of choice.
Nice hotel if you like to listen to the underground til late and only get a maximum of 6 hours sleep
For the location this was a good hotel, breakfast was a sham in the morning being a Sunday everybody got up about the same time. Beds good, staff good, would stay again and not overly priced for Central London.
No air conditioning in rooms. No ice machines in the building. They did have a shoe shine machine on our floor. Maybe replace that machine for an ice machine.
Worst bed I ever had! Find me a flat rock and it will be softer than this bed! You can also just sleep in the underground because it sounds like it runs through the room
The maid at this hotel stole my designer sunglasses out of my room. When I went to the front desk, they put me in touch with the head housekeeper. I asked to speak to the manager, but the manager told the head housekeeper that I could file a police report if I choose. The LEAST that the manager could have done was come and speak with me. Horrible experience and I do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. In addition to this incident, the rooms and bathrooms are very outdated. Find someplace else to stay.
If could give ZERO star, I would. Do yourself a favour, DO NOT STAY in this hotel. The customer service is BEYOND TERRIBLE. The recepcionist treated my family like sh^**it. They arrived after midnight, and attempted many times to ring the bell - she was clearly sleeping and after almost half hour in the cold and in the street she decided to open the door. My sister told her the name and room number but this lady called Anna was shouting, and being VERY rude and extremely UNPROFESSIONAL in the way she deal with everything, screaming and telling them off in the worst way someone can treat another person. She was incredibly disrespectful for nothing. Only thing she has do to was to be polite instead of treating my family as garbage. Also the hotel has 3 managers, but they appear to never be there, or just run away from their guests. This hotel has a irresponsible management. DO NOT STAY HERE. Its also old, overpriced. You can get better hotels for better prices. DO NOT STAY HERE.
