Astoria Guitars Description
My name is Virgile.
I have a National Vocational Qualification Level 2 in guitars from the European Technological Institute for Musical Professions (ITEMM) in France.
This Facebook page aims to promote my repairs activity in North London by sharing pictures of my work, news and all kinds of informations.
The name Astoria comes from the Astoria Theatre (changed for Rainbow Theatre), a now closed venue next to my place, which saw a lot of legends like Pink Floyd, Robert Wyatt, Eric Clapton, Queen, Bob Marley & The Wailers, The Jacksons or Iron Maiden and many more. . . and where Jimi Hendrix first burnt his guitar on 31 march 1967 !
