Atalis Consulting is a Management Consulting Business focusing on Talent Management and Talent Optimisation. It was founded by Valérie Lardy in September 2011. Valérie has recently been working on assignments with NBCUniversal International, L'Oréal, AVIS Budget Group and Neopost. Valérie has over 15 years of Human Resources experience with a truly international focus and a particular expertise in Talent Management. Valérie's latest role was with NBCUniversal International, from March 2009 to August 2011, where she set up the Organization Development function for all NBCU businesses outside of the US. She had joined NBCU in September 2004 as HR Director for CNBC EMEA, the Financial News Channel of the US Media and Entertainment multinational. Prior to joining NBCU, she worked for GE Capital's Commercial Finance business, where she held the post of European HR Manager, Finance and Sales as well as GE Reinsurance, working as UK HR Manager and HR Integration Manager. Valérie was awarded a Diplôme Grande Ecole, a Masters in International Business and a Diplom Kauffrau from the ESCP Europe Business School, studying in Paris, Oxford and Berlin. She also has a Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources Management from the Université Dauphine in Paris. Valérie graduated from the GE Human Resources Leadership Program in November 1997. Valérie is based in Paris and London and is fluent in French, English and German. She is available for assignments in any geographic location.
