I will be starting my 3rd year of living at Atha Developments (No3 Park Road South) and it is honestly like my second home. The rooms are luxurious (well as luxurious as Middlesbrough can be) and with a few personal touches, I was really able to make the place feel like home. My post is always delivered as you can usually count on someone being in, which is a benefit for everyone. The landlords pick trustworthy tenants to live at the location so I've never felt like my belongings are at risk, which is a great factor and it helps having CCTV. Whilst it's lovely to make friends, it's important that everyone has their privacy and this is the perfect location for that. Sometimes sharing a communal kitchen can be a little messy but hey, we're students and your going to get that anywhere you go if your at Uni. And finally the landlords are great, they will honestly help you out and accommodate for each individual (within reason), as you'll occasionally see them around but are not too invasive as to always check up on you. As long as your not being needy and wanting/demanding things every 5 minutes, they'll genuinely help you out. Just respect the place, like you would your own home, cause it's a great place to live and is looked after well, and clearly a lot money and time went into it. oh and we live in the nice area of Boro too so win win ���️

Honestly could not recommend these guys enough to anyone looking for accommodation. Have been with Atha Developments throughout my whole university experience and they cannot do enough for you! End of an Era in July! Thank you for being Top landlords guys. Good luck with everything in the future!!

Stayed with Atha for 6 or so months. Was told Internet, Sky TV, barbecue etc. would be installed, never was. Nice building and good accommodation but I know a handful of people who are also dissatisfied.
