Not long to go until Sunday's special guest instructor session with Leigh Simms!
Hi everyone, I will be putting in an order for club t-shirts at the end of next week. they are ┬Ż15 each if any of you would like to order some let me know ASAP.
Sunday, April 7th we have another special guest instructor. Leigh Simms will be coming over to Atherstone Karate Club at Kingsbury Sports Centre from 10am to 12.
Gradings taking place on Tuesday 19th March and Sunday 24th.

Thank you to Roy Muller who visited Atherstone Karate Club today and gave us 2 hours of coaching in Judo. We covered break falls, throws, arm bars/locks chokes and even had some fun putting them all together with some light randori.
Everyone who attended had a great time and took away some very interesting elements of what Judo has to offer.
