Athlete Performance Programme
APPĀ© is a training programme, specifically designed for athletes or graduates of the full strength therapy journey.
Athes Description
The programme has been designed to help athletes achieve excellence through movement. There are modules focused on all ten physical attributes namely; Speed, Strength, Stamina, Aerobic capacity, Flexibility, Power, Agility, Accuracy, Balance, Coordination `
The way that each athlete moves is deconstructed and analysed from a performance perspective. Any weaknesses or limitations become the starting point for the programme. Training sessions are structured with the 7 physical movement patterns in mind. Paul Chek of the Chek Institute initially defined these movement patterns as Squat, Hinge (Deadlift), Lunge, Pull, Push, Twist and Combination /Locomotion.
