Athlete First - The ethical sports agency, where athletes come first. Our primary aim is to effect a cultural change in sport. We strongly believe, when it comes to athlete management, sport has lost its way. It's time sport put the Athlete First again. The allure of winning, and all the rewards that brings, has driven some in sport to behave unethically and immorally. We believe better people make better athletes and that a winning culture can be achieved without forsaking ethics and morals. Taking an holistic approach, we work with the athlete and their performance team to achieve their goals, both on and off the field of play, in the right way. We do not work in the grey. We do not work with cheats. Sport needs principles.
