Terrible experience last night... I was unable to feel my hands or legs and was shivering uncontrollably. I went to seek help from security by asking if they had a coat or blanket to keep me warm and was turned down with a sarcastic comment. Shortly after another security guard came over and I was told to follow him; hoping he was taking me to get help, I followed. BUT NO! Instead was walked out of the club without being checked on to make sure I was okay and left on the streets, freezing, vunerable and alone as my friends weren't aware I had been walked out of the club. The police were called and I was told that I was experiencing a severe panic attack, I am just lucky I went out with good friends who after a while managed to calm me down until I got home. I am extremely disappointed with the way this was handled because I did not feel safe in the club let alone on the street in the state I was in. VERY poor customer service and makes me question just how safe you really are on a night out to Atik!? Although this is my first time experiencing a bad night at Atik, I am very shocked just how careless and blasé they were toward my situation.

I normally love atik and once went through a stage of going every single week...I have never ever had a problem with getting in and have certainly never been kicked out for drinking to much...I don't come to atik as often anymore as I have a serious spine condition and am awaiting surgery, however me and my friend went on Saturday the 30th of September and upon arrival we went to the guest list que and whilst someone went to tick off my name the bouncer was about to check our ids and let us in...but before he got a chance the head door woman turnt around and told me and my friend we were too drunk and needed to go away for half an hour and sober up.

I was really upset with this as I stated previously above I have a health condition and am on certain medication I'm not allowed to drink much at all and me and my friend had definitely not been drinking, maybe I was walking slightly different (due to my condition) and she thought I looked unstable but she didn't look at us for longer than 1 second to come to the decision.

We were let in half an hour later and the rest of the evening was good but as we left one of the bouncers joked around with us about 'sobering up' and told me he knew I was sober and not to worry.

It's just a shame as it did leave me wondering why she didn't let us in, as I said I've never had a problem like this before and felt it was really unfair.

Bouncer told us we were to drunk to come in to go get food and come back in half an hour, baring in mind we had one drink in the pub next door none of us were even close to being drunk! But we had paid to all that money to get there so we did... we walked off got food say right in front of the entrance to make it clear we’d eaten... (we were hungry anyway) and came back in half an hour, to only be shouted at that we went back in the pub next door and were even drunker than half an hour ago.. which unless you can get drunk on chips, was not true! He told us it’s a no for tonight and if any of us try to get in again there would be trouble. At this point my boyfriend started to get annoyed So I politely said to the bouncer that we are not here for trouble it’s my 20th birthday there’s only 4 of us we’ve eaten and are as sober as on a Normal work day! And he persisted to be extremely rude aggressive and shout so we had to leave! Was so annoyed! He then told us he would make sure we wouldn’t get into any where else so don’t even bother to try!

What and absolute f***ing joke. I came here to attempt to celebrate my 21st. Already being a second choice so more people could come, I was hoping for the best night! Little did I know that Atik don’t have bouncers they have a bunch of c**ts instead. One of my friends was not let in because the ugly old bat said she “doesn’t like the look” of him and the other because she didn’t like his shoes. So not only did we lose our tickets but ended celebrating in separate clubs. The side of the social group in Atik would not have stayed however they had paid bloody £10; yes you’re reading that right. If you want a decent night out, go NOWHERE near Atik, for god help you if you do. Atik need to get be feckin act together and realise the only reason they still have jobs is because people are conned into going into their sh*thole of a club.

Went out with all my friends for the first time. Had a great few hours here up until me and my girlfriend were asked to leave. They told me that I "sexually assaulted her" in a booth (this is a VIP area which I wasn't even allowed). We asked for video evidence of the event and they we unable to provide us with any. They made us leave together without calling the police. If they had thought I assulted her (I didn't) the police should have been informed straight away and we should have left separately. My worry is what if someone actually did get sexually assaulted and they mistook us for them. Overall, I don't recommend this club as the bouncers abuse their power and kick people out for no reason.

Went here with my girlfriend and two friends on Friday. Paid ten pounds to get in and fifteen minutes later on the dancefloor, my friend got dragged to the floor by a couple of girls and her head got kicked in. We tried preventing it but we got hit as we pulled them off. Also, as I was getting tended to in the medical room, the guy wouldn't let my girlfriend in and then a couple mins later one of the girls from before came up to my girlfriend and whacked her in the face, which begs the question, why was she allowed to get that close and attack her despite 5 bouncers standing around not doing anything and wouldn't it have been prevented if they let her in the medical room with me!? People behind the counter were rude and had no sympathy and refused to give us our money back! Security were useless and judgemental and none of us felt safe with the lack of protection from the bouncers. One of the girls part of the group who caused trouble were allowed back into the building and face us, whilst the other was just allowed to wait outside for us and mouth off when we came out, however, the bouncers judged that we were escalating the situation when I told her to shut up. One of the bouncers was sarcastic after I raised the point about my girlfriend not being protected well enough as he told me he was going to help but not anymore as he walked away. We all ended up with injuries and this is not the first time violence has found us in this place. An appalling club, with disrespectful staff and very poor security, never stepping foot in there again!

Useless place had an event Sunday the 27th cancelled it with no communication people turned up on the day and Trying to speak to customer service about a refund and no one can help still waiting from a call back from management since Monday

The WORST club in Berkshire!

We had a really bad experience starting with the lack of respect from their security/customer service towards us! We booked and paid a table but they didn’t let us in because 1 of us wasn’t there, so we had to re-pay to get in! Our table was there ready, the only one booked but we couldn’t use it! After 1 hour the waitress took everything away saying that she doesn’t want to talk with us and if we have problems we have to call customer service!

If you want to enjoy your night try to avoid this club!

My mate wasn’t let in after being accused of having an ‘attitude’ when she didn’t even say anything. Absolutely ridiculous how the bouncers treat people, they act like they’re above everyone else when really they’re the scrum of the earth. Don’t ever go here unless you want to be treated like shit!

My daughter and her boyfriend went here on Friday night with a group of friends. My daughter not a drinker literally had two drinks came home was sick and ill all the next day. Her boyfriend suffered the same only worse. They had there drinks in there hand all night so drinks not spiked. Others have reviewed this night club with reports of similar experiences. Something obviously not quite right with the alcohol this establishment is suppling to students and young people. Parents please make your sons and daughters aware.

I was abused by a male bouncer and he hit my head off the wall and the female staff were telling him to get off me. I had to have a medical by staff before I could leave . Left my night out for my birthday with minor concussion and bruises all over my body. I am not a violent person and did not cause any trouble for this treatment . The club have not done anything about it and I believe females should be very careful of the staff here !!

I have never been to atik before, but went last night for a friends 21st birthday. She was willing to pay a lot of money making sure she and her whole party had a good night. However, we arrived and queued and made it to the desk so she could pay for the 2 booths she had previously paid a deposit for, only to realise 2 of the boys hadn’t been let in. The bouncers had taken one look at them and turned them away. They weren’t drunk and were dressed very smartly as we wanted it to be a big night. When the birthday girl found out she went to ask the bouncers why they hadn’t been let in, obviously she was very annoyed but the bouncers told her they didn’t need to give her a reason. They then ignored her and kicked her out of the club as well.



I spoke to a lady inside that told me when they scan ID’s previous history comes up however they didn’t even make it to the scanner so that’s no excuse.



They are judgemental power hungry pigs and completely ruined what would have been a great birthday night out and would have also made them a lot of money. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

Please revisit you “customer service” that is made by your so called bouncers because at the end of the day they’re bouncers and we are paying their wages. Nothing but T, no shade in that.



And the fact that freedom of speech is also allowed in the UK but not when entering this club is foolish.

Girls were allowed back into the club(or never escorted out in the first place) and then smacked my friend in the face and gave her a black eye! Security are appalling at this club! I will never be and advise any young girls to avoid this club! Will be taking it further with the poilce.

Friday night - One of my friends gets dragged to the floor and their head kicked in by 5 girls, I got punched in the face and received a black eye and our boyfriends also got assaulted.

WHY raise your voices when you won't even allow us to express our side of the story!

WHY should we be made to look the bad ones when we're CLEARLY not in the wrong as we don't know them or know what this was about.



Absolutely atrocious, most scummy place ever and it's not the first time this club has been involved with serious violence - June 12th, 2016 I ASSUMED my leg had been cut from my knee to the top of my leg due to an accident, however it's clear from a professionals point of view it was slashed with either glass or a weapon. I now have a scar for life.



No one deserves to be treated this way, put a stop to it! Still waiting for answers and a reason as to why this has all happened, further action will be taken and will NEVER be returning. Justice will be served!

For the first time ever, out of all the clubs ive visited. I was told to remove a 4cm pin which holds my turban together out upon entry. It was the most bizzare request ever. Anyhow, was promised it would be returned by the Security team in particular a chap called Ibby. (He was informed by another member of the team to remove it) ... so I co-operated, made no big deal. At the end of the night, my pin went 'missing'. Im not so bothered about it going missing, but the the principle of sticking to your word is what annoyed me. Another member of the security team (shall not be named) approached me mid way through the night and said "That was bang out of order what they did to you at the door, in my 11 years of being a bouncer I have never seen someone be asked to remove a pin from their turban, bang out of order"



Long story short, dont go Atik Windsor with its current security team. Please note this isnt a reflection of all members of security.

Despite having a table 6 months ago for my Hen Do we were told we were unable to pay the £500 for our table by card and would need cash?!

Anyhow, was promised it would be returned by the Security team in particular a chap called Ibby. (He was informed by another member of the team to remove it) ... so I co-operated, made no big deal. At the end of the night, my pin went 'missing'. Im not so bothered about it going missing, but the the principle of sticking to your word is what annoyed me. Another member of the security team (shall not be named) approached me mid way through the night and said "That was bang out of order what they did to you at the door, in my 11 years of being a bouncer I have never seen someone be asked to remove a pin from their turban, bang out of order"



Long story short, dont go Atik Windsor with its current security team. Please note this isnt a reflection of all members of security.

Despite having a table 6 months ago for my Hen Do we were told we were unable to pay the £500 for our table by card and would need cash?!

Even though they had loads of card machines. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful!

We decided we would rather not go to the club in the end due to the staffs terrible attitude and went to Vanilla down the road, I can't recommend Vanilla enough they were so helpful and accommodating and it's thanks to them I ended up having a great Hen Do!

Bouncers couldn’t be bigger arseholes . They wouldn’t let one of us in because they only had military ID (literally the same as normal ID) they said if they let him in he’d lose his job in the army.... never have I ever heard more bullshit In my life ........it’s also ridiculously expensive I’ve had cheaper nights out in central London ?????

Absolutely appaled with Atik went there for my 21st was about to pay for both the booths I had booked and got told two of the boys I brought along weren't allowed in, and when asked they wouldn't give a reason. The bouncers were nothing but rude and pushed both me and my boyfriend, absolutely horrified wouldn't go there again glad I didn't pay that £200 for the booths.
