We phoned Altus at 12:50am from gatwick airport, our flight was hugely delayed. They gave us the cheapest quote and were at the airport within 15 minutes to pick us up. So impressed with the service and couldn't recommend them more.

We had to reach from our hotel to Heathrow airport and our flight was late. However, there was a lot of luggage to carry. One of my wife’s friends in London recommended Atlas Cars. The company was not only good in service but the driver brought bigger vehicle to accompany us as well as the additional items. I now regularly use Atlas Cars when traveling between London and Heathrow.

Used twice this week for the first time - very punctual, good cars, helpful drivers, and will definitely use again and recommend.

Excellent minicab company and very cost effective, even more so than Addison Lee. I love their service and would highly recommend anyone looking for a trustworthy minicab service in London.

Wanted to get some information about cab services in south London and visited your website. Found what I was looking for an enjoyed looking at something clean and fun to navigate.

The service is OK. The vehicle was tidy and well maintained but still the driver could have been more cooperative. I could have offered him some tip for help but he did not budge an inch from his place and I and my wife had to manage the entire luggage. Rest was fine.

I still remember, it was profusely raining and I was waiting to get my usual cab to pick me up. It usually does not happen but my cabbie did not arrive. Well, at that time, I thought of finding an app and try booking a cab from there. I found atlas cars app and booked the cab. Thankfully, it arrived on time and was a savior for me.

I am usually never late to parties and gatherings which is why I only use my own car. At that day my car did not start. I called my friend to exclude me from her party list when she suggested Atlas Cars. I have had with minicab and their shoddy service. Thanks to atlas I have started believing there are still good minicab services out there in London.

Not impressed! This morning, I used it for the first time ever. I had to wait half an hour longer than I was originally told, but I accepted that, because there is a lot of traffic in London. However, I myself made a little mistake when getting near the school, and woe betide me for it! The driver was very irritated and kept complaining about my misdirection, despite the fact I was half asleep, and the fact that I'D clearly inconveniced myself, and the fact that he was getting £30 for it. Sorry, but this is one customer who won't be repeating hiring.

Worst service ever!!! Driver was supposed to wait at the arrivals gate and wait for the passenger! Instead, he was not there, picked up a wrong person and charged a cancellation fee and waiting time...

Used them last week and for 2 picks up, 3 pieces of luggage to Gatwick in a MPV it was £53. We were late for the 2nd pick up. The price was increased to £65. Which is fair enough.

This week the price for the same journey is £83. We cancelled the last drop off and it was reduced to £76.

Cause payment was made over the phone they charged 10% for card use and the price went up to £83.30. 😡😡😡😡



Stay clear of this company, they are REPROBATES and unprofessional

I have just witnessed terrible and aggressive driving from one of your taxi drivers, so judging from comments made on a previous review I guess the training hasn't worked very well!! One of your cars just tailgated me whilst repeatedly flashing his headlights, clearly not happy that I was keeping to the speed limit!! He then overtook me, breaking the speed limit! I witnessed him making gestures at the motorbike that was now in front of him, suggesting that he was not happy with the bike keeping to the speed limit either. He veered in front of me to undertake the bike. Then further down the road he moved into the exit lane to undertake another motorbike before cutting back onto the carriageway. The registration number of the vehicle is LR65 RZJ. Is it common practice for your drivers to repeatedly break the law? I can assure you that I will not be using your services! I await your response.

Hi! Your taxi driver just told us he fell asleep while driving me home. when I asked him if he was OK, he became aggressive and started staring at me. I would have preferred if he kept his eyes on the road, but i understand that's a luxury these days. I rolled down the window so he would wake up.



i understand that a lot of cyclists have been killed recently, and it's not really surprising when taxi drivers are falling asleep at the wheel. Cheers for that. I needed a reality check.



We had him pull over so we could walk home for the last 10 minutes of the journey.



Thanks again! this was quite possibly the worst experience I've ever paid £25 for. No worries though -- i'll never be paying any money to atlas cars again.



Your driver nearly killed me tonight. I called the police and contacted TFL.

Had the worst service I've ever had the misfortune of experiencing. Ordered a car for 6.45 to go to the Aldwych Theatre. The driver was 10 minutes late and didn't know where the theatre was. He then took us on THE most absurd route from Kensington via Bays water Road and Regents St. He was rude and had no idea where he was going. We ended ip being so late that we missed the first half of the play. TERRIBLE SERVICE. We will never use them again.

Charging chemo patients double when leaving The Royal Marsden cancer hospital during this terrible weather.. £60 for a fare that is always £37.

Disgraceful.. some people have to have chemo everyday for a week.

Shame on Atlas cars. I gave 1 star because i couldnt give none.

Atlas taxi overtook me as I was cycling at the Waterloo IMAX roundabout this morning at 7 am. Came from behind me, overtook on my right, then turned left onto Waterloo Bridge straight across me (I was going straight on). Really dangerous driving and if I'd managed to get a number plate I'd have been talking to the police.
