We had sunshine, wind, cloud and rain... and the rockinest weekend ever! Every venue was buzzing, the show cars were spectacular, the racing was hot, drink was drunk and dance floors jumped. Thank you to the hundreds of people who help to make it happen, and to the thousands who came along to be part of one of the best 1950s weekends on the calendar. ATOMIC Sunday has begun. Bands are all eager to rock, drag racing’s due to start at 1pm and it’s all systems GO! As you can see, some people are already getting “Carrie’d away”!

What a weekend !! Could not fault it, had everything for the 50s enthusiast, bring on next year.

We REALLY enjoyed our first time at Atomic this year! It was sooo good (despite the blustery weather! :D) The venue itself was awesome (the perfect setting) and the entertainment was brilliant :-) We particularly loved the Friday party night, the awesome DJs & bands throughout the wkend, the variety of vendors and the jive competition. There was so much going on. Plenty of dancing, drinking & fun was had. Big congrats to the organisers! We would definately highly recommend this event and can’t wait to go again. We also thought that the date change to August actually worked out much better in the end as there's more chance of the weather being warmer then.

Was our 1st visit and it was amazing!! It opened our eyes to a fab way of life.. the dress, the cars, the music etc etc.. we met some lovely people. From the moment we arrived it was apparent just how well it was organised.. everything went as planned. All very well laid out and so much to see and do. Will definately be revisiting... highly recommended 💝

Total top class event , great bands , superb DJs and loads of stuff to do like the dodgems and the big wheel , also watch the wall of death motorcycle show and the crazy Sci Fi movies and of course the maniac hot rod races .

This was our first Atomic weekend, we didn't know what to expect but it came above our expectations....groups were brilliant, dance lessons we loved and had a laugh....set up was very good with bands planned so you can see everyone of them. We stayed in hotel that was very comfy but breakfast was a big disappointment on Sunday morning they could not cope with the amount of people but this will not stop us doing this again .....bring on 2017

This was our first Atomic and can honestly say it was by far the best festival we have ever been to. The entertainment was second to none and the only problem we had was deciding on what band to watch next as there were so many to choose from. The dance competition was amazing as were the live bands, car displays, wall of death, food stalls and of course the drag racing. The success of the festival can only be down to the outstanding organisation by the Atomic team and is a credit to all their hard work. We cannot wait for next years Atomic!!!

Love this annual event! I have taken my two sons to this three years running. They are 12 and 15 now. Great food, hot rods, drag racing, music and of course the fabulous bombshells. Always end up making new friends with great people every time.

It was our first time at Atomic and hopefully won't be our last. We took an 8 hour ferry from Belfast and it was definitely worth it - the festival was amazing!



The theming of the whole festival was top notch, and Sywell was the perfect location! I especially loved the range of classic cars on display, the drag strip racing, and of course the highlight of the weekend, Mr Charles Phoenix - what a fantastic performer and entertainer!



Big thanks to everyone involved for such a great job! :-)

Had a terrific time , second year in a row now, something for everyone , great music, bands,Cars n Bikes, stalls, food and Flea market on Sunday, even if it rains there's the big top to hide in and no glum faces spotted either.



Thanks again for all who made this great event happen, keep up the good work and see you next year.

Great weekend. We camped in our motor home (was a little squashed in but hardly spent any time at van) had 3 nights! Fantastic music all day long loved Si Cranston....what an atmosphere!

Spent way to much money at the great stalls available!

Can't wait till next year!!

First time at Atomic great bands great people will definitely be going to the next one and a big thanks to the security who let me park the Harley on the show ground as did not want to park it off site

Fantastic weekend with a fantasic atmosphere great music food and drink plenty to do went for the first time in 2015 booked for 2016 but due to date change because of the bad weather was gutted we couldn't make it this year but so looking forward to next year when dates are booked. ..the only thing that let's it down is they pack you in so close with your caravans it is a fire risk ...xx

Anything vintage, I am all for it! I loved the bands, the food, and the fact there was something for everyone in my family to do. I am hoping to go in 2016, it is a great place to be!

Amazing event ! Just gets better and better, love everything about it and it ticks all the boxes- so much to do and see for all ages. Something for everyone from the fashion, dancing, record hops and live bands, stalls, drag racing and so much more , even we couldn't fit it all in! A fantastic place with easygoing atmosphere perfect to spend time with friends and make new ones which we always do. Makes our day to see the organisers of the event having a good time there too amongst us, always on hand and at the end of the phone with time to chat, a rarity these days. I hope Atomic goes from strength to strength , there is no other event like it ! Thank you for a great time :)

Absolutely fantastic weekend....all the bands were great....lots to do, lots to see, great family weekender, highly recomended.....

My first time working at Atomic! I found it an extremely well run event but I expect this from Robin & Colette. Sound guys were very helpful, which I don't say very often.....Just a foot note, I don't want to sound like Richard Dreyfuss in American Graffiti but I need to get in touch with the girl with a very white smile who wanted a selfie with her friend before the Jive Romero's performance! �X

Great event as always, friends, bands, dancing, fun, so much to take in, weather obscured final star, shame! Loved it, wouldn't miss it!
