Attack The Day is an outdoor fitness brand, set up by two best mates always seeking the next adventure out of town and combining a love of fitness with a love of the outdoors. We found that in sharing an 'Attack The Day' mindset we could inspire friends to live a healthier and more active lifestyle. We decided to take our lifestyle further afield. We wanted to inspire people and have a positive impact on more people's lives.
