Amazing value for money and really friendly staff. My Cannondale was in for a premium service, was able to collect the same day!

When I came to collect it for some reason it wouldn't stay in the big ring, mechanic already went home - so they called him in and he drove in, was there within 10mins and sorted it - turns out it was an internal cable guide catching. That extra mile allowed me to ride my bike home - otherwise I'd have to leave it overnight and walk home.

Yes it was a same day repair for my much loved but thrashed hybrid bike (see picture taken at my kids school). I felt welcome when I spoke to them and they gave great service. They were honest (they didn't charge me for a bulb for my light but fixed it instead) and had my bike ready for my cycle to pick up my kids. I am going to be a return customer.

Just one thing, don't let the location put you off. It has ample parking and is easy to cycle to. (And has a Pokéstop nearby!)

Took my dawes bike in on saturday
after taking it to several shops in colchester, was told the bike was unfixable , two days later Andy had manufactered a new bolt and bearings ! It's now back on the road , thank you .

This place was recommended to me after a bad experience in town. I wrote via the website, got a same day reply. Rode my bike up the week after xmas after calling and being told I could get sorted the same day, though I may have to wait another customers bike was on the bench. I dropped off my bike, had a cup of tea in the cafe next door. 20 mins later I was sorted (gear tune and derailer straightened and new cable) Very reasonably priced and felt like it had been done properly, not like the last same job that was over 2x the price!) excellent, friendly prompt top quality service. I will be spreading the word. Thank you !

Amazing. Booked an appointment went their and got the Job done so quick it was unbelievable. Super friendly staff and good hospitality. Reasonable price Aswell. I'm definitely going there again.
