AU is the UK-based designer and interiors stylist Anna Unwin. She created the brand AU, drawing on her talent for creating, simple, elegant and timeless spaces and curating bespoke capsule collections of unique objects within. An alumni of the Chelsea School of Art, Anna came to interior design via creative consulting and styling – her skills in sourcing antiques and unique objects for leading stylists and designers honed with the opening of boutique store Maiden, in Primrose Hill. As an extension of her Interiors Anna has developed a collection of gold jewellery. With a deep fascination for all precious metals and minerals, she studied at London's Gem A Institute leading to the design of a collection of covetable pieces of jewellery with a timeless appeal that transcends fashionable trends. As well as the online shop and showroom Anna also sources for commercial and residential private clients. These three activities complement each other perfectly, not least because Anna believes strongly in combining the old and the new. It's one of the defining characteristics of her style as an interior stylist and curator of spaces.
