Great shop! They let me try my own headphones that I brought (Beyerdynamic DT 990) on an Audiolab QDAC. I was very happy with the service there and they were quick to recommend good options within my price range. Everyone working there knows the certain properties of each component in the shop well and can easily recommend you something perfect for you. All employees also have their personal favourites, showing that they too, are highly into what they do. The shop has a great atmosphere and is very friendly. Would highly recommend going there if you get the chance. Great selection and service all with good prices. Will be revisiting.

Just promises that "I was under the impression this refund has been processed already".

It hasn't and I now have my last email ignored.

Incidentally one of their 'experts' gave, what turned out to be, appalling advice and sold me a totally inappropriate amplifier after I spelt out my needs by email.

Really shocking service - I bought a record cleaner for my husband’s 40th birthday present. When he unwrapped it, it turned out to be dented...and not working. We sent it back in the original packing and AA repaired it, but also told us it had another two dents which apparently are our fault for using the packaging THAT THEY PROVIDED. Now refusing to refund unless they deduct an unspecified ‘restocking fee’ �

Ordered 4 weeks ago and still not had order. Told last week would receive on Wednesday and today told may not get for Christmas. Now no one answering my calls or emails. Very expensive Christmas gift making it someone's only present so they are going to be very disappointed on Christmas. Very unhappy.
