We have UK offices in Witney, Oxfordshire and Shepherd's Bush, London, and a US office in Boston. We’re looking for people to join our team at all our offices.
We're firm believers that the more our people keep their spirit and individuality, the more fulfilled our people are, the better they work.

We've created a structure for developing skills and rewarding achievement. It all starts with a thorough induction process. If you're a country specialist, we'll send you on a familiarisation trip to the country you specialise in followed by systems training. After a year, country specialists can enter the Senior Country Specialist Promotion Scheme, which uses a points system. Every senior country specialist can aim to be an elite specialist, a role model within the company. You'll earn more money, too. Regional sales managers have a more strategic role. They manage small teams and look after sales levels and operations. They report to heads of programme. Beyond sales, there are a range of services and support teams from marketing and finance to IT and ticketing who play a pivotal role in the company. Our ticketing team's structure gives you an upward career path in ticketing. We'll guide you through your BA Level 1 & 2 exams.
