Lady running the shop shouted at me for using a credit card. Please, whatever you do, just don't go in.

Pretty basic. Geared towards station users but given location would benefit if had more essentials you need for home. Next nearest shop isn’t nearby!

The woman was very rude .worst customer service . Wouldn’t listen to me when asking for help .Would not recommend.

Rude female assistant who tried to charge me £1 as a "visa charge" for a cappuccino. The owner had previously charged 50p which was steep but ok. For her to jack it up was tantamount to theft. I called her on it and she begrudgingly changed it. She then made a very big deal of making the coffee very slowly and the atmosphere was very unpleasant. Couldn't really have been a worse customer experience.

Typical over priced newsagent but with a rude sales assistant. Their wine isn't priced and they wanted £33 for what is a ten pound bottle of wine. Other than buying papers or if you are dying of thirst avoid this place. Truly a black mark on Audley End Station!

Extremely rude woman. Awful customer service on two occasions. Wouldn't even give it one star.

The woman there was very extremely rude. She wouldn't get off the phone and cut me off when I was asking for help to give me a very rude answer. Would not recommend. Worst customer service 😡
