Aura is an award winning business providing a range of services to clients in the North including building consultancy, construction, facilities management, investment and community & leisure. The community & leisure division works primarily with schools, public facilities and third sector organisations to establish and support existing community businesses and groups. The service provides the necessary advice to ensure that facilities are safe and secure for use by the public and works with the operating organisations to deliver a sustainable venture. Our construction service has worked with a large number of clients in the North providing new build, refurbishment and remodelling works for primary, secondary and special educational needs schools. Our consultancy team is able to provide a broad range of services from health & safety to capital grant applications to business planning. The team also provides building consultancy from structural & civil engineering to architecture and landscaping. Through the facilities management division Aura provides estates services to a large number of school clients. The service provides operational health & safety, planned & reactive maintenance, whole life management and grounds services. Aura has a broad range of contractual experience and provides support services to schools where investment is involved particularly PFI or third party development. The service provides performance monitoring and contract management for Local Authorities and Academies.
