I visit and use the on line ordering service for the Trollbead part of Aurum and I have to say their client service is excellent. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Today I wanted a particular glass bead and not being able to get to the shop asked if there was any chance of photos to chose one. Jessica kindly send me serveral photo's showing different views which enabled me to chose the one I wished. Wish I lived nearer to visit more often (but my wallet is probably glad I don't!). Thank you.

I spent a very pleasant hour looking through a good selection of Wedding and Engagement rings. My choice was made easy by the knowledgeable owner who took his time and made sure we left with the rings we wanted. We felt no pressure and were made most welcome throughout our time there

Nicely laid out shop and friendly staff.

That said, I took my wifes enagement ring in to them to have one of the stone setting claws tightened, due to a loose diamond. This is a quick and relatively easy fix for an experienced jeweller. However, they had to send it to "their man" and had an estimate of £20 and about a weeks wait, for it to be reset and polished up.

Ultimately it took them two weeks, cost £50, and I've now noticed that the stone is still slightly loose. Not as loose as it was when it went in, but still loose. (It shouldn't move at all).

I'll be looking elsewhere to get the ring seen to properly, more cheaply, and faster.
