Austin & Carnley is one of the oldest established firms in Bedfordshire with a history stretching back to approximately 1884 when it was founded in Luton.

During the 1950s the firm expanded incorporating firms in Berkhamstead, Dunstable and Leighton Buzzard and we have been here ever since. The firm has evolved over the years and we now have a large and expanding Criminal Practice which encompasses both private and legally aided clients. Our lawyers are on both Police Station and Court Duty Solicitor Schemes at Milton Keynes, Luton and Dunstable and Bedford and are available on rota all day every day throughout the year. We are aware that if you get into trouble with the police for any reason you want access to a lawyer there and then. This is the service that we provide.
