Great to see Explain Pain posters in my local GP clinic :)
Get up and go for a walk, right now :)
Does whining on Twitter predict back pain?
Do antioxidants reduce the benefits of high impact interval training?
There’s been a huge amount of discussion about this, so let’s set the record straight:
Eating processed meat definitely increases your risk of certain cancers by a small amount.
Eating red meat may increase your risk of certain cancers by a small amount.

Back and neck pain are still among the top reasons that people take time if work, even though sickness leave has dropped by 25% in the past twenty years. Global recessions and zero-hours contracts probably strongly influence the amount of time people can afford to take off work. But muscle and joint pain remain serious issues for many people.
Osteopaths tend to work privately, despite many of us wanting to work with the NHS. If your GP can provide a letter, I'm happy to offer discounted treatment in my Paddington clinic.
