Delighted to support Hitchin Fireworks this year on 4th November at Hitchin Priory
We thank all at Austin's, particularly Julie at the Ware office, for excellent service and friendly advice. Everything went beautifully on the day, and Julie worked hard to ensure the date we needed could be achieved. Many thanks for all your help.
Thank you so much for giving my Nanny the most beautiful send off today. The guys at your Hitchin branch are truly the most kind hearted and professional men I've ever met xx
Many thanks to the staff at the Stevenage branch but especially to Janine.
I would like to thank all my friends, colleagues and family at both Austin’s Funeral Service and Harwood Park Crematorium for all your kind words and support during the recent loss of my dear mum and for the dignified way in which her funeral was conducted. Stephanie x
I can't thank Austins enough! They have been absolutely superb with my nan (Peggie Miles) from start to finish. They are just so lovely & nothing is too much trouble. I want to say a huge thank you especially to James & Rob! Please can you pass on my thanks!! They were truly amazing today & you did a fantastic job with looking after us as a family when we lost our grandad/dad (Ernie Miles) 12 years ago & again today as we said our final goodbyes to our nan/mum!! So thank you very much! Gemma Pert granddaughter of the late Peggie Miles! Xx
Having to use you twice within a Month for organizing both my Husband's and My Mum's Funeral was not easy., From the Initial Phone Call to the Day of My Husband's Funeral all the Staff have been amazing and helped make this difficult time easier to Manage. Amanda at the Stevenage Branch has been amazing helping us arrange 2 Funerals. On the Day of My Husbands Funeral my 2 older Sons wanted to carry there dad into the Church, we had arranged this with Amanda, and said that they did not want to carry him out of Church or into Harwood Park. On the Day they changed their minds and said they wanted to carry Dad out of Church and also into Harwood Park. The Pall Bearers were amazing in letting them do this and we can not thank them enough for giving them the opportunity to do this. We never felt rushed by any of your staff.
Also can I say a big Thank You to all involved with David's Funeral on the Day for wearing Yellow Ties as it was his Wish we all wore something Yellow.
Really cannot Thank You enough for all the help and support we have received from you at a very difficult time for me and my 3 Boys.
Many Thanks Joy,Dan,Lewis & Will Reynolds.
