Authentic was founded by Neil Bestford who has nearly two decades of experience supporting businesses with brand strategy, development, culture and performance. With a strong background in facilitation and training, and supported by a team of associates, we work in partnership with businesses to embed a positive, performance-driven, people-centred culture, underpinned by health and wellbeing. Typically, we will work with business leaders, Heads of Service and HR teams, to deliver strategy focussed sessions, aligned to business aims, goals and objectives. Authentic also works directly with employees to support with 1: 1 coaching, health and wellbeing and performance-related training to maximise the impact that your colleagues have within the business, whilst defining their role, purpose and personal ambitions.
