Authenticity

Yep...none of us are perfect, so let's not be judgemental either! 😉

Working on holistic health at the moment, includes rest, relaxation & enjoyment...believing ourselves worthy of good things...

So often compliments are about how we look, what we do etc... It's good to build each other up, so maybe we could try something akin to these instead...? 🤔😁

Sometimes, at Christmas, we think everything has to be 'merry', but the reality is often very different. A big shout out to anyone & everyone who is finding life a struggle, is living with mental ill-health or any other invisible difficulty or disability. Sending love & compassion, be kind to yourself... 💙💜❤️

For some, Christmas is a time of celebration & joy. For other people it can bring money worries, grief over people we miss & with whom we cannot share the celebrations, for some it just brings loneliness, pain, depression, anxiety and separation. The Samaritans are an excellent bunch of folk who commit to supporting & listening throughout a season when many of us are taking time off.
