Feeling lucky? Instead of playing on the National Lotto or Euromillions, why not buy a Local Lotto ticket. Your odds of winning are higher and 50% of everything you spend will go directly to Autism Angels. Players must be 16 years or over.

8 year old Angel does a great job of explaining to other kids what it feels like to have a brother on the spectrum. What would do you think would make others more aware of what Austism is? https://www.bbc.co.uk/newsround/45720980< br>

**MENTORING PROGRAMMES ** It’s not all about the riding here at AA, sometimes we have to work hard to look after the horses that give us so much in return. Here are the families helping get the hay feeder ready for the wet weather and cleaning up after the horses having been in the stables. If you feel your child and family need some support, the Mentoring Programmes are a great way to learn how to learn how to communicate and work together as a team, so you feel your family are going in the same direction. For more info about our next programme starting in January for Primary & Year 6 (Transition) pop your name below or email info@autismangels.co.uk 💙

Well that’s a wrap!
What an amazing year we have had on kids club 😍 it has been such an amazing opportunity to meet so many beautiful families and see children blossom in the most amazing ways. Today we were able to spend some time reflecting on each individual child’s transformation which has been incredible to remember where they were when they first started to where they have now come. What a special year it has been. Looking forward to the clubs starting back up next year but for now I hope everyone is looking forward to their Saturday morning lie in and we’re looking forward to celebrating at our Christmas events 💙

User

Thank you all for attending our kids clubs and a big shout out to you Nicki for thinking up the idea and them being such a great success. See you all at our Christmas events. 💙

Brilliant communication between these 3 on the mentoring programme to move the equipment around the farm - and they organised everything themselves - well done!

This session is to give you some experience of how we work with the horses. The session is delivered to adults and children. We can also arrange taster sessions just for you family if you would find this more suitable. For more information email infosouth@autismangels.co.uk

Today is World Mental Health Day, and what better day to launch both our video from Strata and our I Choose Life Foundation, supporting young people with mental health struggles and the prevention of teen suicide?!
Enjoy watching the video with two of our very special families and their parents. https://youtu.be/GorP2pFOz9Q

went to a taster day today and was amazed with how brilliant the staff were and how fast the kids learnt new skills now hoping to attend regualary

User

What an amazing group of people. The staff were so supportive to myself and kids. My son made a connection straight away.

User

What a wonderful charity supporting young people and their families!!!!

User

We had a great day at Autism Angels. The staff and volunteers were fantastic with the children and they were great at baking too!

User

The staff are so friendly & helpful, we really felt welcome & supported & our little boy felt safe & happy which is brilliant. He also got to have a happy & very good experience whilst visiting Santa, which was really nice especially without the usual extra stress & anxiety that is normally felt during outings like this.

Thank you all so much. xxx

User

Since i went to autism angels it has turned my life around and i might be joining as a volunteer so i can work with other autistic people and try and get the same results as i did

User

One of the most life changing trips I've ever made.

My daughter found true friendship overcame her fear of horses and showed confidence I've never seen before.

Thank you x

User

My autism is a gift as it is all autism it's just time in the world started investing it as a gift instead of cursing it as a disability.

User

I volunteer at Autism Angels, the differences I see in children, families and my fellow volunteers is incredible. It really is live changing for everyone who is involved. Autism Angels creates a safe, friendly and supportive environment for everyone - it is truely an amazing place. I am proud to be involved and look forward to supporting more families.

User

Autism angles have been amazing and cannot wait to take my son back he enjoys it so much and we have had a brilliant time thanks to Nicki and the rest of you

User

Autism Angels have been fantastic with my daughter. She has been doing horse therapy and the work they have put in with her has been invaluable. Before starting she could not leave my side at all and now she has started to gain confidence and even managed to come to her last session with her grandma and not me. I can’t thank Nicki and Sarah enough for all their hard work and supporting my daughter, the work you do is fantastic! Thank you so much.

User

An inspirational charity helping to turn lives around

User

All the volunteers and families are so supportive it's like a big happy family

AA's Family Fun Day according to my children:

"It's been the best day of my life. My favourite bit was riding Blackjack because he reminded me of Topper and telling jokes with Nicky" - Reuben Kelly

"I loved it. Rocky loved my cuddles. Anna was nice and she helped me a lot" - Emilia Kelly
