I am a specialist autism coach and mentor, with lived experience of autism and ADHD. As an autistic /ADHD adult, I understand the challenges with learning, communication, focus, sensory issues, employment and relationships. I have over 15 years' experience with autistic and ADHD children aged 4 to 18 + , including classroom teaching, leading outdoor activities and providing 1-to-1 mentoring. I also work with families and adults to help them understand neurodiversity and how it affects them at home and at work. I use a flexible, patient and less-formal approach, giving people time and space to show what they can do.
