DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY THESE PEOPLE ARE A RIP OFF. WENT TO GET A GEARBOX DIAGNOSTIC AND INSTEAD GOT THE OPINION OF THEIR MECHANIC. EITHER PAY £500 TO GET THE GEARBOX CONDUCTOR PLATE REPLACED OR HAVE THE WHOLE TRANNY REBUILD FOR GOD KNOWS HOW MUCH. DID NOT PROVIDED AN ERROR CODE FROM THE DIAGNOSTIC. IF YOU NEED ADVICE GO SOMEWHWRE WHERE ITS FREE NOT GET CHARGED FOR DIAGNOSTIC AND INFACT TO GET BUNCH OF IF'S AND MAY'BE'S.

Dishonest! My advice is go with someone who is reliable and not willing to lift your leg.

Took my Mercedes in for a B service. They rang me and said an injector seal had cracked which wild need replacing and the seal itself isn't costly but the time it takes and labour is. Also told me it needed new from brake pads, air filter needed changing and had a puncture in one of the tyres which couldn't be fixed. Fair enough, so I asked them to get on with the seal and break pads but I would sort the air filter and tyre out myself as I felt £110 for an air filter was a bit steep and as I haven't had any puncture warnings I would have this looked at.

I went to a friends garage for an MOT, to inspect the tyre and change the air filter which was not going to cost me £110. Upon collecting my car after it passed its MOT he told me he couldn't find anything wrong in the slighted with any of my tyres and the air filter didn't need replacing at all. Auto Elite was trying to squeeze more money out of me. I also told him about the injector which he said not always but I would have been able to smell burning diesel if the seal was broken.

I now also question if the injector seal and the break pads really did need replacing or they too were just to get more money from me!

Stay away from these scoundrels. There's nothing "elite" about it!
