Had great service from Bente. She went out of her way to ensure we were clear about charges to be expected for fuel and deposits etc. We were treated as VIPs and got a significant upgrade from Ford Focus to Nissan Qashqai. The price Bente was able to secure was very competitive and the lowest of the options we looked at. GoldCar service at Pisa Airport was smooth and uneventful! It just remains to be seen if we get charged for violating the city centre cameras in Siena!!!!

Great personal service everything was covered and I hired my car perfectly everything ran smoothly no hidden extras just exactly as Bente had told me it would be! Thanks so much, will definately use your services again!
