quoted £300 by Mercedes after they checked the battery on key fob and told me it wasn't working. 10 mins today at Auto Technix AND no charge because all it needed was re-syncing. So I saved a lot of money AND they were honest enough not to sell me a new one. Highly recommended.

Brilliant service, cannot recommend highly enough. Took BMW in for a key to be cut and the guys discovered problem with immobiliser. They pulled out all the stops to solve this, which wasn’t an easy fix. Kept me updated regularly and even took me to two meetings that I had to be at. Superb job. Thank you!

Took my van to Auto Technix as the central looking developed a problem, when I picked it up a few hours later they had diagnosed a problem BUT also caused one, prior to leaving it with them I could secure the van with the key but they managed to burn out the motor in the passenger door meaning I couldn't lock it up, when I rang to complain they said 'well, we did say it needed further investigation' . . not their problem at all! - I was so angry I had to put the phone down - and it cost me £72 for the privilege!! - Would def NOT recommend their service . . . . .

TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Stopped by this morning after explaining I had driven down from Winchester on the recommendation of a friend. Asked if somebody could give me a bit of advice for 2 minutes about a small electrical issue and was told "nobody was free at the moment, you need to book it in". You can see into the back office from reception and one guy was sat playing with his phone, the guy I spoke to couldn't be more relaxed unless he was horizontal and there was 3 members of staff walking around the workshop, hands in coat pockets/drinking coffee/also sat playing with phones.

Avoid this garage! They do not care about potential customers.

If you want your new keys and car codeing this is the place to go to ,fast and a damn sight cheaper than main dealers

Superb customer service - fitted me in between other jobs
Kept a record of everything done, including pictures in order to explain in simple English what was wrong, and what had been done to fix it.

Highly recommended!
