The Autocar-Courland Next Generation Award is a national competition to identify, support and develop top automotive talent of the future.

The Autocar-Courland Next Generation Award is a national competition to identify, support and develop top automotive talent of the future in which entrants are invited to answer a brief set by Autocar's Editor-in-chief, Steve Cropley. The winner will receive a £9, 000 cash prize plus one month's work experience at each of the partners supporting the award.

This year the awards programme has been opened up to anyone aged between 17-25 years so long as they reside in the UK or are currently study at a UK school, college or university. All entrants must be eligible to work in the UK and be available for work experience.
