i found a deal on monday and my car was delivered on thursday 3 days later. easy to deal with great communication on phone or email i was dealt with by Laura great experience 5 star from me

Always prepared to go the extra mile to ensure the customer gets the right service. A really great team from workshop to reception to left luggage.

Car was great quality and was fairly happy with the service until I returned it. They slapped me with a £500 charge for delivery, a tiny scratch on the back (something I could have fixed for about £10 or even £40 at the local garage) and £40 to fill a 20L tank (which wasn't full on collection).

I'm not annoyed about the charges, I'm annoyed about their abhorrent mis-communication and over charging.

If they clearly communicated the above I would of; 1. found someone to deliver the car to them for half the price. 2. get the scratch professionally fixed for less than the £260 they charged. 3. made sure to note that the tank wasn't full on collection!

Like most UK companies, great until something awry happens then you get shafted, terrible customer service.

So far so good. Just signed up for a short team lease and collect vehicle on Friday. Process smooth, staff polite and professional.

Only gripe was lack of choice of vehicles but other than that I cant fault them. We finally discovered a vehicle I am happy with that they had in stock.

Absolutely shambolic company.

Quick enough to lease you a vehicle but give you misleading information to make sure you rack up the milage so the can hit you with extortionate fees once the vehicle is returned.

Didn't tell me there was a £100 collection fee until after the vehicle had been collected. Had I known I would have dropped the vehicle to them.

Not only this but 3 weeks after vehicle had been returned they've decided to hit me with more fees for "damage". The inspector inspected the car for damage when it was collected and I signed off on a scuff to one of the alloys but all of a sudden 3 weeks later they've found 2 black scuffs which are clearly visible on a white car that the person collecting the car didn't see

Stay well clear of these guys if you don't want to get ripped off

Wow , so much I could say ... Do not use , do not set up dd , do not give them card details , do not use.
So many companies you could use instead .
