I want to discuss mental health amongst technicians and let you know no matter what you're going through, you're never alone. Always be kind to one another and always help one another because you never know what fight people are fighting quielty.

After another intensive, fun, enjoyable, long weekend of training with some of the countries top technicians and business owners I’m ready for another week ahead in the workshop and thinking how I can take the business further. Over the weekend we discussed many things including the times where I have struggled and continue to struggle which is just a natural process into becoming successful. With social media and Instagram it’s easy to assume we live perfect lives and everyt...hing just comes easy but people don’t see the long hours, self doubt, almost being bankrupt, the tears, the pain, the drinking, the arguments over dinner, the isolation,losing family, depression the things you never see on social media. So my Monday motivation message is I know your struggle and I feel your pain, becoming successful is a long and bumpy road and it’s not guaranteed everyone will make it. All I will say is that I’m willing to do everything within my power to help others and be part of your journey to success and I will gladly share my own experience and discuss my struggles and let you know, you are not alone in this journey and these feelings are perfectly normal and most importantly if you really really want success, never ever give up and fight for everything. It’s ok to talk about your problems and fears and I’m always here to listen. Remember, pain is temporary, quitting lasts forever.

Yet another great weekend of training from the guys at Autoinform.

We caught several really great and informative seminars including two from Frank Massey himself.

The talk that really stood out for us though was the seminar presented by David Massey. This made us realise how much money we were spending each month unnecessarily, paid out to website companies who are doing very little to help improve or market our business. We learned more in this seminar than in over 5 years of trying to market the business using third parties.

This year's event was the third I have attended and was as AutoInformative as ever �

I managed to get in two sessions with the guru that is Mr Frank Massey based around the Picoscope kit, plus various other technical courses including the excellent presentation on ADAS systems by Hella Gutmann.

I also had my eyes opened by the seminars from both Andy Savva and Dave Massey.

The event is very well organised, and just the fact it gets you thinking of how you can improve things is worth the ticket price alone.

I will almost certainly be back next year.

The first year was excellent, and has got better every year. Thanks to Annette and the team for a first class event.

Spent the day with David on his training course on business development online. It was fun, informative and inspiring! Food and drink provided was spot on as well.

I have spent the last few years watching David and his father Frank on you tube, Facebook live etc, This weekend I finally got to meet David at top tech live.

The day was outstanding but for me David's 30 minutes talk was truly inspirational.

Within just a few minutes of David's presentation I quickly identified areas within my business that need improvement.
