Nissan Skyline GTS-T had the Link ECU plug and play treatment towards the end of last year, but unfortunately the injectors that were thought to be good injectors turned out to be rubbish. (see fuel flow and pattern photos attached)
The stock injectors were fitted back in until last week when a new fuel rail to suit the top feed performance 550cc injectors from ASNU were fitted. The engine was tuned from a factory 245hp to almost 300hp on stock engine internals.

Nice improvements when remapping this BMW 525d in both power and torque. I do these remaps on a regular basis and get dyno proven results. It's not about the top numbers all the time, how you get there is what you feel when driving.🚗

Something a little different. This one came in for an exhaust upgrade from top to tail beautifully made by ‘alfaholics’. I adjusted the fuel on the Weber carbs to suit the new system. Awesome improvement, wish the car and driver good luck for the season.

BMWCCR require all competors to have a power run on a dyno before the race season starts.🏁 This Mini has been well built by the owners, looking forward to seeing it on the track.

My workshop is quite small and getting a dyno was going to be tricky. The Dyno Develpoments dyno is so easy to move about. Here I push it towards the back of the room by myself to suit rear wheel drive cars. 💪

Have you ever heard someone say
“Well these injectors worked really well in my mates car”
Before just chucking a set of injectors in your engine there are a few things to consider. This video shows one thing to consider, the spray pattern which is angled so the fuel is sprayed down the ports onto the back of the valve. 🚗

🚗💨💥🙈 LSPI stands for low speed pre ignition, it’s a problem with petrol GDI engines. When any old engine oil is used the detergent ppm is much higher. At low engine speeds the fuel doesn’t atomise as well due to low air speed and ignites with the oil that has sneaked passed the rings. Using the correct oil will help prevent this from happening. This BMW Cooper S got the full treatment, we whipped the GDI injectors out, tested and cleaned. Intake clean and finished off with an engine flush, oil and filter change and of course using the correct oil. 🚗 (Piston photo not from this car, we saved this from happening😇)

I have got some smart customers 😇having their injectors tested before the season starts. If they have been sat in storage over the winter it’s always worth getting them serviced. It might save you having issues before your first race.😭
These are a few standard sets for BMW M3s, having all new seals and filters. The last set are some awesome performance injectors from ASNU. 🚀⛽️

One nicely prepared Porsche Cayman. The power to weight ratio wasn’t in this cars favour, so a remap on the standard ECU was needed.
The gains made it spot on power to weight.
... The race season will start before we know it, get yours booked in for a check. (you may also need more power) 🚗 💨

I have been super busy for the last couple of months now and over the Christmas period I found time to complete the loom on this Link ECU. It’s home is going to be a BMW M3 3ltr.💪
On another note, does anybody know anyone who want a mechanics job or want a job themselves, get in touch. ☎️

A nice and healthy sounding BMW M3 3ltr.
I had this one on the dyno a few months ago now, it completed the last 4 races in the BMW Kumho Championship with some good lap times.
Look out for it next year.
