My experience with Automotive Couture has been exceptional! Shaz, who is the MD went out of his way to provide a service that was more than he needed to have done. I was made to feel a valued customer and the car was delivered to my house in showroom condition. The whole 'buying a car' experience has left me feeling very happy and I can fully recommend & trust this company. I will certainly be looking to make my next car purchase from them again.

First class service and fulfilled on promises. I am sceptical by nature and always think the worst in everyone. AMC / Shahzad were open, honest and efficient. even when the car was damaged by a cyclist 5 minutes before I collected it (!), they promised to take charge of the repairs and even collected the car from me at Heathrow to have it repaired while I was away on holiday, then delivered back - perfectly repaired and even valeted. I could not ask for better. I would have no hesitation using their services again for my next car. - Thank you Shahzad and Jaspal

I have nothing but praise for Automotive Couture. They are highly professional and the service they provide is beyond anyone's highest expectations. They both sourced a car for me (and I had a very specific criteria) and sold my existing car within a week. I would definitely recommend them and would be more that happy to use them again.

In relation to selling my car, they came to my home on a Sunday at a time that was convenient for me to pick up the keys. They did some minor touch-ups on the car which made it look like new and sold it for a price that I was very happy with.

These guys are appalling. All started off very well. Came to my office and test drove the car who they were selling 'on behalf of a client'. Agreed a price and all was looking good.
Then the problems started; the V5 was proving elusive which was blamed on a busy client. This went on for a week with reassurances that the deal would happen, so insurance and parking permits were applied for in good faith.
5 days in, communication ground to a halt. Despite repeated attempts, calls were diverted and mails and texts were ignored until finally they said that the deal was off.
A more untrustworthy, unprofessional and incompetent bunch you could not wish to meet. It has left me out of pocket with a very bad taste in my mouth.
I would avoid them at all costs
