bought a VW polo gti from here a few years ago and extremely pleased with the service I got. From the minute I walked in I found that the service was more than I expected and Sam and Barry particularly went above and beyond in there job to find me my perfect car. Was driving to work from congresbury and my tyre blew was dealt with brilliantly by autostrada spare put on within minutes excellent customer service.

Recently bought a Porsche from this garage and I have to say that the service I received through Sam was top notch, friendly and professional, nothing too much trouble, put up with my nagging and asking stupid questions and gave me every reassurance I asked for. Outstanding service, picked up a Ford Kuga today and they have done a great job on personalising my car



They changed the colour of the alloys to the colour I wanted, painted the calipers all in with the selling price which was very comparable but the extra touches these guys do made me buy from them and I will buy again without any hesitation

Have nothing but good things to say about Autostrada. I went in asking for an Audi S5, they didn't have one in stock, but offered to find one for me, I left a deposit and applied for a PCP finance deal, within 2 weeks they had found a car that matched my requirements and the car was ready in the showroom for me to collect.



I have been back to get my alloys refurbished and a colour change, and even to get my car Valeted.



Will go back in a few years for my new car

I recently bought an Audi A3 from autostrada. Sam was my first point of contact he was very helpful and made the process of buying a car easier. Few months later I had a problem with the cars tracking,Sam and Steve where very helpful they took the car back in and also refunded me back on the amount I spent to get the tracking done at another garage. Thanks guys.

Where do I start? After days of emails and conversations with Autostrada I Travelled 4 hours to see an Mitsubishi evo 8 that was for sale at the garage. I bought the car after been shown a CLEAR MOT sheet by Ashley one of the sales guys. I travelled another 4 hours home with the car roughly 240miles got the car health checked at my local MOT Centre, they found one alloy wheel with 3 CRACKS in it. Rear suspension bushes perished. And some TERRIBLE Bodge work on the chassis arm. After many talks to autostrada they wanted me to return the wheel for a repair (welded) they haven't offered any refund or money replacement for the work that needs doing. To return the car back to the garage would cost me roughly £400 via transport truck. I have decided to keep the car and spend the (return transport money) on doing the bits to the car instread. So PLEASE be very careful when buying any car from these guys.
