A camper van driver had a lucky escape today as one of his rear tyres delaminated the tread and managed to stay inflated. This was about to cause a massive tyre blow out. A timely reminder to get your tyres checked in time for the holiday motoring!

From home starts for clapped out batteries, helping me to break into my own car after I locked the key (and sleeping 3 week old baby...!) inside, courtesy cars when we've left our car there for servicing/work, advice on buying a new van, general maintenance work of all our cars, honest billing, Christmas cards and gift vouchers for the forthcoming year, friendly staff and a service you are hard pressed to find elsewhere. Just purchased a little vw polo from these guys. Radio/cd went wrong after 2 days. they took it straight back in and swapped it over as car was going on a long journey and wasn't going to be back for a few weeks. Really friendly staff and I noticed they have a sign up saying they are a female friendly garage!
I would highly recommend Autotechnics! Have used them a few times now for MOT and when my car just decided to play up. They got my car in straight away and got it done quickly. Very quick, honest and friendly team! I shall only be using these guys from now on οΏ½
I have to say the guys at Autotechnics are fantastic. I've always had fantastic service and Viv and the team can't do enough for you.
You know when you go to some garages and receive a bill at the end you weren't expecting and you're like "what the hell is that for?" And you feel like you've been ripped off?
Well that never happens at autotechnics. They'll give you an up front honest view of any problems you might have, and give you the opportunity to make decisions on how far they go, and how much of your money its likely to cost. They do top notch work and are reasonably priced.
If you find a tyre price thats cheap elsewhere, guess what - they'll try and match it.. (I say try but so far they always have!)

I have been using this garage for my Peugeot 106 for about 6 years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff are always really friendly and helpful and explain things in a manner which I can understand and seeing as I know zero about cars, that's always helpful! As a women I am always wary of garages as I know it is not uncommon to be taken advantage of in terms of over pricing and being told my car needs work that it doesn't need but I have always been given an honest opinion here and the prices always seem to be sensible. I noticed that they are actually listed as a female friendly garage aswell. The reception is clean and tidy and very sophisticated, compared to a lot of other garages, especially in the area! Probably the best thing about Autotechnics is that whenever I have had a problem, its always been quickly & accurately diagnosed first visit which is very different to garages I went to before! Highly recommended!
I had recently bought an Audi Q7 from a garage in Parkstone and soon after purchasing, found the air suspension was an issue. After approaching the original garage and having very little assistance, I approached Auto Technics to gain their expert advice. After a thorough diagnostic report was carried out, the fault was identified and fixed quickly and efficiently.
