Autum is changing the way adults stay active and connected. By using data science to make everyday life more interesting, make activity and exercise suggestions personal and by using behavioural science and UX design to provide encouragement and create engagement, we will improve quality of life for older adults. Our platform will give users access to rich and localised content and it will encourage participation with family, friends and the wider Autum community. Through reducing friction, making it personal, strengthening social connections, building a community and making it fun and accessible, we aim to help our users extend their health life expectancy and improve quality of life as they age. We are a start up and we will be beta testing our service in early 2022. Exciting times lay ahead! !
