Starting tomorrow (26th January 2019) you can take part in RSPB Love Nature 2019 #BigGardenBirdWatch online.
Now in its 40th year, the RSPB event simply asks as many people as possible to spend an hour observing how many birds pass over their garden and note what types of birds they saw.
No garden? No problem! Simply head to your local park or favourite outdoor spot and settle down to watch our feathered friends.

Thank you to everyone who attended the arrival of Santa this weekend! It was a busy weekend for our mischievous elves and for the hardworking huskies who pull Santa's sled all the way to Avant every year.
Lots of delicious food was eaten, hours of fun were had, and lots of letters to Santa were written and shipped off to the elves workshop where Christmas wishes come true.

Our famous 'Arctic Arrival of Santa'! Once again Santa on his high-speed husky-driven sled to visit the children of Leyland, Buckshaw Village and beyond.
Tickets are still available for 8th of December (Sunday 9th has sold out!) but they are selling very fast so be quick! £10 per child. Please call into the store on Wigan Road this weekend to purchase.
