The company was founded in 2023 by Janine Newton. As a built environment professional with 16 years' experience in land and development, bid writing, tender management and business development, Janine's understanding of different sector stakeholder ensures successful, deliverable bid submissions. Across roles with national housebuilders, Local Authorities and Registered Providers, Janine has led development projects with a GDV of up to £1bn and won over £500m in new business. An academic grounding in literature, urban regeneration and strategic planning underpin our ability to understand competing stakeholder priorities and convey complex development detail concisely and effectively in highly successful bids.
