Winston and his team are thoroughly professional and go above and beyond to ensure that their customers are happy and informed throughout the process. We had an old gas boiler replaced. It was an easy process from booking to installation in about 2 weeks. Highly recommend.

Winston not only took my call on a Saturday but got to my house extremely quickly to repair a cut (by myself!) on my water pipe. He dealt with the issue extremely quickly then gave me some very professional advice on my boiler and emersion. He explained everything in language I could understand. I will definitely be giving his Facebook page a follow and be using his company going forward. All this and this was the first time I had called him. Thank you.

Booking was easy and the call staff were lovely.
The Engineer that came round was friendly, fast, chatty and very professional.
Communication about the visit from their head office was plentiful and the day after they called to make sure that there were no problems following the visit.
