Approvals supported include aerodrome services, ground handling, AOC & POC operators including charter and cargo operations, 145 organisations, CAMO /Part M organisations. Associates are Form 4 approved for the UK CAA / EASA posts; Safety Manager CAMO & Air Ops, Compliance Manager CAMO & Air Ops and Form 4 approved 2-REG GSY posts; Safety Manager & Compliance Manager. We provide clients with Safety Management services, including risk register management and output, safety training and promotion, SMS implementation and auditing, safety reporting guidance and investigation. Compliance Monitoring services include CMS implementation, compliance auditing, CMS auditing, regulatory liaison and representation, non-compliance resolution and compliance training and promotion. We are also able to support with Emergency Response Planning and Exercise, having experience in both designing and implementing ERP for a new AOC operator, and testing, evaluating and improving existing ERP's. We have gained experience in delivering SMS and CMS for start-up AOC operators while undergoing the AOC application process, including delivery to both UK and European regulatory authorities on our clients behalf. We are also able to support with manuals and documentation, including authoring and auditing of all operational and technical documentation required in order to operate both safely and compliantly.
