About me: I am Roshina Khan a certified executive coach with over two decades of experience in front line change, project and people management. In addition to this I have many hours of one to one coaching experience with a 100% client success rate. My Journey: I founded Avid Coaching after working with many different organisations. During this time I realised that when managers and leaders are not clear on their own direction, goals and steps needed to move forward, this adversely effects how they manage the people and business they lead. I have worked with many leaders who feel isolated, doubt their own capabilities and start to spend more hours in the office to get all the work done. I am passionate about working with leaders to help them to get control back in their life so that they have a clear mind that is focused, organised and connected to take the right steps so they achieve work life balance, business growth and success.
