Avoid these guys. I was over charged and am now fighting to get my money back from them. Their customer service is diabolical. Clowns.

Very poor service and unhelpful staff

Hired a car for a day as mine was off the road, needed to extend it for a day as it took me longer visiting my son 100 miles away so tried calling all day to extend the hire, they didn't answer the phone once (got back & was told I couldn't extend over the phone anyway & there would be extra charge for having the car out of the hire period on top of an extra day)

When I got back to the car hire office, they told me it was going to be a refuelling charge of £107 I read in the T&C it was just fuel I would need to pay for which would have been around £30 fuel

The guy on the counter was also stand-offish with me

Overall I would not recommend these miserable money grabbing sharks!

Hired a van at a good price.
