Great customer service

Currently having one of the worst car hire experiences I have had. The lady at the desk in Seville was nice and pleasant and then after that not so good. Firstly I had booked with Avis, even though they where more expensive, because one of their car classes was for a BMW 3 series, now I know these have sat nav as standard which is why I booked it. At the desk I am told they don't have any so am offered an Audi Q3 which I thought would be OK. First of all I get out to the car and find it has massive dents in the bodywork which look absolutely awful but they where detailed on the paperwork. I look inside the car and see a button with NAV written on it so think that will be OK. The first 3 days I was in Seville so didn't need to use the car much. Yesterday we headed out to head to Galicia to find that the sat nav maps have been removed so the sat nav is no good. Se i buy a holder for my phone so I can use my phones sat nav. Half way through the day I go to plug it in to the USB port to charge it, only to find the car has no USB ports!!! What car in 2017 does not have a USB port especially a so called high class car like an Audi. So I then had to spend over the odds to buy a cigarette lighter adapter so I could charge my phone as the sat nav was draining its battery. So far this has been a terrible experience. I thoroughly recommend everyone avoids Avis and uses Hertz instead.

Very slow service. I had booked a collection at 10am but didn't get to pick the car up until 10.50am. Once I was being served it was simple and straightforward.

Una crítica al local, que no a la compañía.
De entrada nos encontramos con una persona que no parecía tener excesivas ganas de trabajar, desde luego no se había levantado con intención de mostrar mucha amabilidad.
A pesar de haber reservado el coche con semanas de antelación, no lo tenían. Después de mirar muchos papeles y dar muchas vueltas, nos ofrecieron un modelo superior sin sobrecoste.
Pocas explicaciones a la entrega del coche, la devolución fue en otra oficina.

Just wanted to quickly book a car, it was 5:50pm, what I've got instead was brilliant advise from two blokes (leaving the shop) that I can give them a call other day because it's closed now. Website says you close at 6 so either change it online to 5:50 or think do you even care about your customers- you just lost one.
